Horse with Archer Field PCIn our service department, an Archer Field PC recently came in for repair with an interesting story attached. The customer it belonged to—Fort Supply— is a partner of ours and provides hardware and software solutions to customers in Livestock & Animal Health Management, Factory Maintenance, Mining, and Agronomy. The Archer had a cracked screen and damaged keyboard.

The story? The customer had the Archer in his pocket while working with a horse. The horse suddenly back-kicked at the man, but miraculously made contact exactly where he had the Archer in his pocket. According to the customer, the Archer “saved him.” The damaged Archer was easily fixed at Juniper Systems and sent back to the customer.

I'm a marketing specialist at Juniper Systems, and I love what I do! As a part of the marketing team, it seems like we constantly flirt with the line between work and play, so every day is always entertaining! When I'm not working, you can find me getting my work out on, cooking up something in the kitchen, or playing the piano.
