Juniper Systems: 2019 year in review

by | Dec 31, 2019 | Company happenings | 2 comments

As 2019 closes we wanted to take a look back at some of the amazing accomplishments that the team at Juniper Systems made. 2019 was a year that saw some incredible product launches from Juniper as well as the completion of our new facility. We also wanted to thank our amazing partners for making 2019 such a great year.

Completion of our new building

The expansion of our Logan, Utah headquarters is now complete. This new addition has doubled the square footage of our existing facility. This new building has allowed our team to continue to expand in all areas of the company. Manufacturing now occupies more space that allows for an open work flow, more inventory, and easier shipping and receiving. Our engineering department has since taken over the previous manufacturing floor which has allowed the team to expand and create additional testing areas. Our manufacturing support, sales and marketing, and admin departments are now well organized in the new office portion of the facility. This new addition to our HQ allows us to better serve our customers and partners.

For 26 years we have seen growth in staff, facility, products shipped, and the addition of amazing partners. This new building allows us to continue that growth and keep our manufacturing in-house. This allows for better control and quality of each device that we sell. We are excited to be all moved into our new home and to see how each department has been able to grow as a result.

Partner Conference

In May, we welcomed our partners to our new facility for our 2019 Partner Conference. This event was in appreciation for all the wonderful support and business that we do with our partners. The conference also served as a platform for education and an in-depth look at our current and future products.

Each of our departments offered presentations to attendees that offered a deeper look into our processes for manufacturing, design, sales, and marketing. This information was created to help partners exceed in selling Juniper Systems products in their respective industries.

Key takeaways from the conference included:

  • Customer needs remain Juniper Systems’ highest priority
  • We are committed to product innovation
  • Top-quality products, manufactured in the USA
  • Top-quality support for all Juniper products
  • Product refreshes that match market needs

We want to thank all those who attended our partner conference and look forward to serving all of our partners in 2020 and beyond.
