INTERGEO once again brought together the global geospatial community for a week of innovation and hands-on technology demonstrations. The excitement at the Juniper Systems® booth was especially high, with visitors eager to see rugged field solutions in action and discuss the challenges they face in the field. From GNSS positioning technologies to rugged mobile computing, live demonstrations kept the team engaged throughout the event. Here are the products that drove conversation around geospatial data.
Spire™ GNSS Receiver

One of the standout products drawing attention at the show was the Spire GNSS Receiver with submeter-to-RTK mapping accuracy. Designed to deliver reliable, high-accuracy positioning in challenging environments, Spire sparked conversations with geospatial professionals looking for an all-in-one solution. Spire supports a wide range of surveying, mapping, and GIS workflows while maintaining the rugged reliability Juniper Systems is known for.
Geode™ GNSS Receiver

The Geode GNSS Receiver continued to be a favorite among GIS users and mapping professionals, providing sub-meter to centimeter-level accuracy when paired with correction services. Visitors liked its scalable accuracy options including SBAS, RTK, Atlas, and Galileo High Accuracy Service, as well as its all-day battery life, compact design, and Juniper Rugged™ construction, enabling field data collection with ease.
Alta™ Rugged Tablet

Also generating significant interest was the new not-yet-released Alta Rugged Tablet, prominently displayed on a survey pole mount at the booth. Alta combines a thin, lightweight rugged design with an 8-inch display, powerful on-device AI capabilities, exceptional data processing performance, an EMR tablet stylus for precise, natural interactions, and AdapTouch technology for auto switch touch profiles for wet and glove use. Many attendees appreciated seeing how the tablet integrates seamlessly into geospatial workflows, providing a reliable platform within the mobile workforce.
Stay tuned for the tablet’s full release!
A New GNSS Solution is On the Way!
While these solutions attracted plenty of attention, one of the most talked-about products was something that has not yet been officially announced. Visitors were eager to learn more about the technology and its capabilities, making it one of the biggest attention-grabbers of the entire show.
What exactly is it? Details coming soon!
Events like INTERGEO reinforce the importance of delivering rugged, reliable technology that helps geospatial professionals succeed in the field, and we look forward to continuing those conversations in the months ahead.
